Fully vaccinated, too! It's almost like they don't really work 😂
But hey.. as long as people feel safe 😂

And then there are the countless and unknown number of false positives from the randomly inaccurate and arguably worthless test kits.

One major test manufacturer just recalled 200k of their unused kits in the latest test debacle, many of which went to the U.S. military.

And of the roughly 202,000 in the latest batch from this particular company that had already been used, there were 42,000 known positives with at least 25% of those already identified by Ellume as being false. (That 25% is a questionable percentage as Ellume is in full damage control. It's probably closer to 50% false, maybe more.)

What a joke.

As I've said, give this coaching staff a chance. I watch Hynes and like the demeanor I see. He also seems to let his assistant coaches do what they were hired to do, which is coach their specialties.

There are a number of positives. I like what I am seeing and hearing out of Highnote and Lambert too.

I know the basis for my positive take is flimsy and may mean nothing in the end, but as long as we see positive results, let it run, which is obviously the logical way to proceed.

The players seem to be comfortable with the coaching staff. They are certainly in a flow and I don't sense that it's a fleeting reaction to the recent on-ice success. They've been focused and unflappable since season's start. A lot of that is directly attributable to coaching styles, mannerisms, and attitude.
